The Central Business district of Beijing, commonly known as CBD, is the hub of finance, media, and business services in the city. It is made up of nearly 3000 enterprises including 500 multinational corporations, the offices of 570 multinational companies, and 150 foreign-funded agencies, banks and insurance companies. There are also more than three million square meters of business infrastructure facilities including the China World Trade Center, Motorola Plaza, the Kerry Center, and Hewlett Packard Plaza.
