Utilities & internet fees includedGuest staying in each Yopark serviced apartment unit enjoy Housekeeping Service, bed linen change and towel change service for twice a week. Our housekeeping service takes approximately 2 hours. Guest can book an appointment via the Customer Service front desk.
Within sixty working days from the commencement date of the lease term, the tenant shall provide Yopark with a bank guarantee in the amount of two (2) months rental, to guarantee any outstanding rental amounts which are due, liquidated damages or other fees incurred due to the tenants fault. The Bank Guarantee shall be effective from the commencement date of the lease term and expire two (2) months after any termination of this Contract.
Yopark agrees that the tenant has the right, by written notice, to use the security deposite as the payment for the rent of the last two months (or the corresponding amount) prior to the expiration of the Agreement. Under this circumstance, Yopark shall issue the official tax invoice.
