China Central Place is located 900meters east of the Chan\'an Avenue and Guomao Road intersection. It is close to both subway lines 1 and 10 and nearby the Shinkong shopping mall and the bustling CBD area where you can find a wide array of international schools, restaurants, shops, banks and medical centers.
China Central Place boasts a total land area of 390,000 square meters and its apartments total 1 million square meters. The apartments range in size from a 65sqm, one bedroom layout to a 218sqm, three bedroom apartment. Yopark hotel style services are available to all Yopark tenants and include access to our 24 hour hotline, a reception desk, housekeeping, and a flexible lease term (two weeks and up) to cater the needs of every business traveler.
Guest staying in each Yopark serviced apartment unit enjoy Housekeeping Service, bed linen change and towel change service for twice a week. Our housekeeping service takes approximately 2 hours. Guest can book an appointment via the Customer Service front desk.
Within sixty working days from the commencement date of the lease term, the tenant shall provide Yopark with a bank guarantee in the amount of two (2) months rental, to guarantee any outstanding rental amounts which are due, liquidated damages or other fees incurred due to the tenants fault. The Bank Guarantee shall be effective from the commencement date of the lease term and expire two (2) months after any termination of this Contract.
Yopark agrees that the tenant has the right, by written notice, to use the security deposite as the payment for the rent of the last two months (or the corresponding amount) prior to the expiration of the Agreement. Under this circumstance, Yopark shall issue the official tax invoice.
